Teresa's hotel and convention planning experience began in 2004 as an Executive in the hospitality industry for Marriott and Hilton, directing large conventions' sales and marketing teams. Eventually, she launched Five Star Hospitality Performance and began producing and managing her clientele's convention and event strategies. She was later contracted to re-open and bring to market a boutique hotel in France while helping to plan the Festival of Musique for France and Iceland. Once returning to America, she was recruited to work for a creative & live event production agency, as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and Accounts while continuing to run Five Star Hospitality Performance.

Teresa remains passionate about hotel strategy, experiential and strategic event design, and being involved in the things that make a difference in the lives of others. You will find her dedicating 20% of her time back to the lives of other women and entrepreneurship

Lon brings almost 30 years of event production experience to his position as Managing Partner. Lon graduated with a Bachelors of Communications degree from Brigham Young University where he worked as a sports anchor and reporter. Over the years, he has worked as a producer, executive producer, creative director and stage manager. Lon has been a key player in developing a number of customized marketing campaigns. His ability to consistently produce top-quality corporate events, marketing initiatives and award winning videos earned him a number of loyal clients throughout the U.S., including Intel, Fox Entertainment, Boston Scientific, Mead Johnson, eBay, Nature’s Sunshine Products, JP Morgan Chase, Novell, Salt Lake City Corporation, AlphaGraphics, Solgar, Hearst Publishing and the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl.
